Consensus Workspace has completed a 10,000 sq. ft office fitout in the iconic Zenith Building in Manchester’s Spring Gardens upgrading 2 floors.
The refurb is part of a move to bring employees back into the building. This is the 1st part of 3 phases to upgrade the office space/ working environment for the staff.
The works were carried out on the previously empty Mezzanine and 1st floors and involved a full new M&E installation, lighting and feature lighting, power, air-conditioning and ventilation throughout, as well as creating and building meeting rooms, kitchens, breakout zones, training rooms and work areas. The space now also boasts a cinema area, arcade and a games room, with feature ceilings throughout.
Consensus was appointed to carry out the works in a competitive tender in (August 2023) and took 16 weeks to complete the project.
