Our team completed a twenty-four week, £1.6 million programme to turn the former Booths retail unit into new working offices for Peel and Northstone headquarters.
The works involved landlord CAT A and B refurbishment across two floors within the existing units. We oversaw removal and disposal of partition walls, as well as the supermarket’s cold storage and shop fittings.
These were replaced by glazed partitions, fresh flooring and ceiling finishes, incorporating full refit of lighting, comms and M&E services.
