Consensus was appointed as the main contractor by Peel Media Ltd to complete the works to the vacant floors in the White Building.
Whilst working alongside Jefferey Bell Architects to complete the works we were able to complete the 12,000 sqft fit out to the highest quality, adhering to the design specifications, in just 16 weeks. The works were completed even with the struggles of the COVID-19 pandemic and we were able to stick to government guidelines to ensure minimal time was taken off the programme.
Key design points are the bespoke booths that offer the tenants a space to have meetings away from the main office. The phone booths are also a key feature, which can be used for more private phone calls, as well as creating social spaces and a boardroom which looks out onto Media City and the great city centre views that Media City offers.
