We were appointed by Ryan to design and deliver its new Bristol office on the sixth floor of Assembly B, creating a contemporary workplace tailored to its team and clients.
The project involved the complete design and fit-out of the new office, delivered in just 10 weeks. The layout accommodates 24 desks, an 11-person boardroom, two executive offices, breakout areas and dedicated quiet spaces, balancing focused working with collaboration and client meetings.
The design combines Ryan’s navy branding with warm walnut and oak finishes, bespoke joinery, acoustic features and soft lighting. Works included new partitions, glazed doors, mechanical and electrical upgrades, integrated access control and a dedicated comms room. Consensus Workspace also coordinated the relocation of existing office contents, reusing and adapting existing light fittings where possible. The result is a welcoming, well-organised workplace delivered to programme and in line with the building’s landlord requirements.
