We were appointed by Ryan, the global tax services firm, to deliver a full Cat B fit-out across two floors of Orange Tower at MediaCityUK, covering just over 32,000 sq ft.
The brief was to create a welcoming, contemporary workplace that would encourage employees back into the office and impress visiting clients, while reflecting Ryan’s brand without feeling corporate. The project included 248 desks across two floors, client meeting spaces, training rooms, breakout areas and a range of collaborative and focused working environments.
The design combines Ryan’s navy and brass branding with warm timber finishes, pale flooring and soft furnishings. Works included new acoustic treatments, feature lighting, integrated Microsoft Teams Room technology and a complete furniture package. Delivered in approximately 20 weeks, the project also prioritised sustainability by reusing existing carpet tiles and adapting kitchen islands, light fittings and doors where possible.
