2 Stockport Exchange

Consensus Workspace recently completed a fitout in a 4,300 sq ft office in 2 Stockport Exchange. The workspace needed to mirror the design principles of the clients, Industrials REIT’s, office in London.

The work compromised of alterations and additions to the existing VRF mechanical installations, adding under floor power as well as Cat 6 cabling to supply power to the desks.

The fitout also included installing a tea and coffee point, a breakout area, a wellness room, collaboration areas, meeting rooms and phone booths. New feature lighting was added throughout as well as access control and fire alarm installation.
