The brief was to enhance MediaCityUK’s flexible workspace offering by creating adaptable, high-quality office environments. Floor-to-ceiling glazing and open soffits were retained to maximise natural light, while generously sized offices with glazed frontages promote openness, collaboration, and wellbeing throughout the space.

The design incorporates a strong biophilic theme, using green tones, planting, and natural textures to create a calm and energising working environment. The space includes collaborative lounges, private offices, and a dedicated wellness room, delivering a flexible workspace that supports modern ways of working while prioritising comfort and productivity.
