We transformed a full floor at the iconic 20 Old Bailey in London, delivering a 24,500 sq ft serviced office fit out for Orega across two phases.
The first 15,500 sq ft phase was completed over 12 weeks, followed by a second 9,000 sq ft phase delivered in 10 weeks. Works included new tea points, flooring, doors and glazing, with our team carefully coordinating both phases to maintain momentum and meet the required tenant move-in dates.
