Blue Tower

The 50,000 sqft project included open soffits for light and well-being, glazing for all offices and meeting room pods, and the implementation of a new colour scheme to improve wellness and happiness.

Our team also created new co-working areas, with bespoke furniture, and added new team points and social areas to encourage more colleague interaction. The 12-month project was delivered on time with only minor snags and minimal disruption to occupied offices and tenants.
