We were given a £300k budget and 10 weeks to complete a full fitout of Quayside Food Court in the Lowry Shopping Outlet.
Blue Tower
The 50,000 sqft project included open soffits for light and well-being, glazing for all offices and meeting room pods, and the implementation of a new colour scheme.
Orange Tower: 7th Floor
The 12,000 sqft CAT A & B office fit-out was built over a 10-week period, resulting in a space that seamlessly blends functionality and design.
Tomorrow Building
We were given a £600k budget and 12 weeks to complete a full makeover project on the Tomorrow Building at MediaCity.
33 Colestone Avenue
Over an 11-week period, we worked 12-hour shifts for seven days a week to turn a 22,500 sqft area into a top spec shared office area.
