We were contracted to complete a full Cat A refurbishment on the 2nd floor of Lakeside House in just five weeks.
The client’s brief was to strip out all existing fixtures and fittings as well as install a new VRF mechanical system and a full lighting re-wire. Heat deduction was also fitted, due to the pitch of the roof.
Following the success of this project, we were then asked to undertake a full Cat A & B project on the ground floor of the same building, to include installation of a VRF mechanical system, a complete re-wire, data installation and LED lighting.
Full-height acoustic partitions were installed, alongside double-glazed units and Autex panels, to ensure solicitor/client privacy. Six meeting rooms, as well as a large conference space, were split in two. We created a flexible meeting and conference space, which featured a creative folding wall system.
