With over 25 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry, I began my career in site management before progressing to a senior project management role, overseeing single-site £5,000 projects to multi-million pound nationwide programmes. Having been a French polisher, I have an eye for detail and fine joinery work. Other than work, my passion is playing hockey where I have represented England Masters in two World Cups as well as other tournaments around the world.

My responsibilities at Consensus include managing existing client relationships, cultivating new partnerships and overseeing the company's growth strategy. With over 12 years of experience in the commercial fit-out sector, I am committed to steering Consensus towards sustained success and growth. Our objective is not merely to maintain our current standing but to continue to grow by being bold, doing things a little differently to help our clients succeed, and cementing our reputation as a dynamic and influential company which always delivers on promises.

As a qualified building surveyor, I have over 10 years of landlord and tenant lease experience. Beginning my career at Bruntwood as part of the building and consultancy team, I then moved to contractor side and have had the pleasure of working on behalf of landlords, tenants, and direct with end users on workplace consultancy, capital investment, and design and build projects across the UK. At Consensus, I'm focused on nurturing and building relationships with our existing and prospective clients to help us deliver the best service possible.

Over the past decade, I've worked my way up in the construction industry, starting as a sub-contractor, I am now a project manager at Consensus. Beginning with hands-on work in joinery and drylining, I honed my skills on-site and I now manage the full lifecycle of projects. My meticulous attention to detail, commerciality, and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service in the fit-out and construction sector have been the driving forces behind my commitment to upholding high standards and ensuring client satisfaction.

Since completing a degree in French at the University of Liverpool, I have worked in various industries, most recently in advertising and IT within office management roles. After moving back to Manchester a few years ago following a decade in London, I am now the office manager at Consensus and responsible for the effective running of our workplace on a day-to-day basis.

I have worked for Consensus since its inception in 2018. As such, I understand both my role and the way in which the accounts department’s efficiency can impact the smooth running of the business. I enjoy running and have historically completed half marathons. I like to have an event on the horizon or weekend away booked and have a dog, Norman, who takes up my time after work and who I enjoy taking on long walks.

As a recent graduate in Interior Design from Manchester Metropolitan University, I joined Consensus Workspace in the summer of 2024. Eager to bring my passion for creating inspiring spaces to life, I'm excited to play a key role in transforming conceptual designs into tangible realities. My work at Consensus will focus on ensuring that our clients' visions are not only met but exceeded, creating spaces that inspire. I'm thrilled to be part of the talented team at Consensus and look forward to growing my career alongside them.

As a member of the design team at Consensus Workspace, I work alongside my colleagues to create FF&E concepts that balance innovative design and functional requirements with aesthetic appeal. With a passion for all things furniture, I love cultivating relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors and suppliers across the industry to ensure the solutions we recommend to our clients encompass the latest design trends and developments, while also aligning with cost, quality and timeframe requirements.

With almost 20 years’ experience in B2B communications, I have been working in the commercial design and build sector for the past five years and joined the team at Consensus in the summer of 2024. My role is to help the team develop and implement the company’s marketing and communications strategy, to ensure it aligns with our company goals, enhances our brand, and supports growth. The company has grown rapidly over recent years and is moving forward every day, so I’m incredibly excited to be working alongside such a dynamic and forward-thinking team to help them continue their impressive journey so far.
